To be able to create a support ticket you need to have an account to SPS Customer Hub.
To qualify for an account to SPS Customer Hub you need to be a certified technician and your organization must have a system specialist. If you fulfill the requirements you can request an account by sending an email to support team by using the email referred in this section.
Before you contact our support department and creating a ticket, make sure you done the basic trouble shooting, read the FAQ-page on portal and check internally with the system specialist within your organization.
Please make sure to include as much information as possible when creating a ticket (version numbers, firmware, logs and if possible, screenshots of the error message).
